Shanghai International Cricket Sixes
The 10th Anniversary Coca-Cola Shanghai International Cricket Sixes, 19th–21st September 2008
September is drawing near and the preparations are already underway for the showpiece 10th Anniversary Coca Cola Shanghai
Cricket Sixes Tournament, scheduled for September 19 to 21st, 2008 at Dulwich International School, Jinqiao, Pudong.
In celebration of this year’s event we have secured a star-studded cast of cricketing personalities with Sir Ian Botham and Merv Hughes. Old friends of Shanghai Cricket, Ian Healy, Alan Lamb, and others will be returning and we look forward to welcoming them to another weekend of festivities. The participation of women’s teams representing China, Japan and Pakistan also makes for an exciting pool of international clashes.
Interest this year has been exceptional and once again we are under enormous pressure for limited places, we have therefore had to limit our invitations to one team per club. For more details download the invitation.

Phuket International Cricket Sixes
The Phuket International Cricket Sixes 2008 was held on the 16th–20th April 2008 for the fifth year at the Karon Stadium with the newly turfed ground funded by the Rotary Club of Patong. Situated across the road from the beach and next to one of the tournament hotels, the stadium had been badly affected by the 2004 Boxing Day tsunami, with salt penetrating deep into the soil. Extensive work was needed to completely renew the top soil. Visit the Phuket Sixes website for full details of the event including photo galleries.
Dates confirmed for 2009 Phuket International Cricket Sixes: 15th–19th April 2009
Philippine International Cricket Sixes
The inaugural Metals Exploration Philippine International Cricket Sixes was held from the 7th–9th March 2008 Clark Freeport, approximately 60-90 minutes drive north of Manila. The ground is just a couple of minutes walk from the tournament hotel – The Holiday Inn Clark — which is itself only a ten-minute drive from the Diosdado Macapagal International Airport, served by a number of budget carriers from around Asia. The tournament, organised by the Nomads Sports Club and the Asian Cricket Sixes Tour, was a resounding success. Visit the Philippine Sixes website for more details.

The entry to this the latest addition on the ACST calendar was capped at 14 teams, but judging from the response and reaction of all who took part it promises to quickly become an established major annual event.
